1. Right of withdrawal (14-day return)
According to GEO no. 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without having to state a reason, within 14 calendar days from:
- the date of receipt of the product (for goods);
- the date of receipt of the last product, in the case of orders with multiple deliveries.
2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is exercised through the dedicated withdrawal function from the contract available on the separate page "Contract Withdrawal", in accordance with the obligation introduced by GEO no. 18/2026, applicable from 19.06.2026. Alternatively, you can send us a clear statement of withdrawal by email to sale@miagini.ro or by phone at 0722 543 724.
3. Product return
After notifying your withdrawal, you are obliged to return the product within no more than 14 days from the date of communicating the withdrawal decision, at your expense (unless the Seller has agreed to bear this cost or has not informed you of this obligation).
The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, complete, with all accessories and, as far as possible, in its original packaging. You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from its handling other than what is necessary to ascertain its nature and functioning.
4. Refund of amounts
MIAGINI SRL will refund all amounts received from the Client (including standard delivery costs) within no more than 14 days from the date it is informed of the withdrawal decision, using the same payment method used by the Client, unless expressly agreed otherwise and without additional costs for the Client.
The refund may be delayed until the returned product is received or until proof of its shipment is received, whichever occurs first.
5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
According to art. 16 of GEO no. 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:
- personalized products or products manufactured according to Client specifications;
- products that deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed;
- products that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other elements;
- fully performed services, with the consumer's express prior consent.
6. Defective or non-conforming products
Independent of the right of withdrawal, products benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If the product received is defective or non-conforming, please contact us at sale@miagini.ro, and the remedy will be through repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, in accordance with the law.
